Now in our 70th season! Woodcrest Swim Club provides summer fun and a great value to families and individuals. We hope you’re looking forward to another great summer at the pool. Some important club updates follow. You can join or renew your membership online here.
Thank you to the numerous families, friends, and volunteers who played a pivotal role in the tremendous success of our 2025 season! We were delighted to welcome both new and familiar faces, revive cherished activities, unveil new favorites, introduce a new swim coaching team, and implement enhancements to our grounds and facilities.
Membership Rates
Membership rates can be found in the link below. Membership fees will not increase this year. Please see below for our facility fee that will be implemented starting this summer. Special seniors and empty nesters will not be required to pay the facility fee. Please note our new active duty/veterans/first responders discount. Also, please see below for information for the club's new volunteer requirements.
How you can save: 5% Early Bird Discount. Memberships paid in full by April 30th pay 2026 fees.
How you can save the club money: Pay by check. Just follow the instructions online. This saves the club about 3% in credit card processing fees.
Special Seniors and Empty Nesters: Our senior members are the heart of our club and we are grateful for their continued membership. There is no volunteer requirement for our senior members.
New Members: $150 off family memberships for new members!
Note that all members on a membership must live in the same household. Additional information may be requested.
Facility Fee
As we celebrate our 70th season as a swim club, we are incredibly proud of the generations of families who have made this community so special. With that milestone also comes the reality that our facility is aging and in need of significant repairs and improvements to ensure it remains safe, beautiful, and functional for years to come. In order to better address these needs, we will be making an important change this season.
Beginning this year, we will be moving to a facility fee model, similar to most other swim clubs. This change allows us to more consistently and effectively fund necessary maintenance and larger repair projects while also simplifying expectations for our members.
We know how much time and energy our families already give, and we are grateful for your continued support. This new structure will help us preserve and strengthen our club so that future generations can celebrate milestones just like this one.

We're hiring!
We offer highly flexible, fun, outdoor summer jobs! Must be 15 years old to apply. Lifeguards must have current Lifeguard/CPR certification. Submit an online application via our website or download a copy, for details: http://www.woodcrestswimclub.com/employment.
Swim Team
We are thrilled to continue growing our team in 2026 with Coach Ian returning as head coach. Coach Ian, with 15 years of coaching experience, ties to the East Coast C-Cerpants for several years, and Tricounty Swimming, brings enthusiasm and expertise to our program.
Swim Team practice begins Tuesday, May 26th. 2026 team rates will be $150/swimmer. Our swim team is for all our club member children ages 5 to 18 as of June 15th, 2026. We also offer a training squad for our young swimmers that need a little extra work but are still capable of swimming 1 full lap of freestyle. For all those members that have children that attend day camps we will continue to offer afternoon camper practices from 5:30 to 6:30PM. The Swim Team is a very fun and exciting program and we look forward to as many of our swimmers as possible signing up for the 2026 Swim Season. Spring Warm Ups will be offered at Echelon Fitness starting. Spring warm ups are an excellent and affordable way to get your kids back into the water, get to know the coaches, and get excited for summer. Information is on the team site.
Our Learn to Swim program taught by our coach and assistant coaches, are intensive programs which run 5 days a week for 2 week sessions. More detail to come on the team site. These sessions will sell out, so please sign up in advance.

Spring Cleanup
Please look for information about our Spring clean up days. As members, we all own the club, and could use all of your help. Jobs for every age. Lunch provided!
Activities
We have so much planned for this summer- holiday celebrations, movie nights, activities for younger and older kids, adult socials, beef and beer, tournaments, and games. We need volunteers to make it all happen. We welcome all ideas! Look for a survey in your email soon. Please email info@woodcrestswimclub.com if you have ideas or would like to help.

Board of Trustees update
Our volunteer board members are Mark Iannarella, Tamar Oded, Dan Holmes, Joe Weissinger, Meghan Henry, Brandon Litwin, Chris Lanci, Christian Cantwell, Jenn Maita. We have one open board position and welcome nominations throughout the summer for new members. Voting takes place at our annual meeting at the end of the season. These are volunteer positions and are unpaid.
Get Involved
You don’t have to be on the board to be on a committee! We need lots of help to keep the club running and make it better for everyone! We are looking for general volunteers and committee members. We can always use help from those that are handy! Let us know what you can help with.
We take pride in keeping our club a safe and happy place for all of us to enjoy the summer.
