Print and complete form with your contact information, item quantities & sizes and pricing total. The description of items and size availability are on the top portion of the order form. Please note in the appropriate columns youth and adult sizes in the order form (there is an additional charge for 2XL). Forms and payment dropped off to WRA, 399 Cranford Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. ORDERS DUE NO LATER than July 10th.
Note: If you are ordering shorts, the men/boy’s is “Avalanche”, and the women/girl’s is “Velocity”.
